How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to pick and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

What happens if I place an order over the weekend?

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be picked and dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

What happens if I order on a bank holiday?

Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed from the next working day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be picked and dispatched.

Does eucalyptus need to be delivered in water?

No. Eucalyptus is a long lasting foliage and can travel without water. We carefully prepare and package each order to help it arrive in the best possible condition.

What should I do when my eucalyptus arrives?

We recommend placing your eucalyptus in fresh water as soon as it arrives. Keep it somewhere cool and away from direct heat to help it stay fresh for longer.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, custom orders are always welcome. If you are looking for a particular quantity, stem length or selection of eucalyptus, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
